Entry requirements vary by programme but generally include GCSEs (or equivalent). Some courses may prefer prior science at level 3 such as our BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy degree or health sciences degrees with clinical experience required for our GradDip.
- Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Two A levels or equivalent qualifications (Level 3), with A levels in the sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Anatomy and Physiology)
If you do not meet the requirements you will need to complete a relevant qualification (e.g. GCSE English/Maths, A Level science).
Prospective students who do not possess A Level science may wish to consider ION's Science Access course, which has been developed to specifically prepare you with the knowledge to support your nutritional therapy studies. The course consists of the modules Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology.
Please book a call with our admissions team to explore your options and assess your qualifications.
