I bought a ticket for a live online course, but I cannot now make it. Can I get a refund?

For live online courses which are being recorded, you will still have access to the recordings for 20 access times and can download associated materials. Refunds are therefore not available.

For live online courses which are not being recorded, a 14-day cooling off period applies. The cooling off period begins on the date after you made your purchase. Please email all requests  stating clearly the full name and email address that you used for booking and the title of the course. If a refund is agreed, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee. 

Please note your right to a refund is waived if you have already been sent any links to digital materials for the course. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process.
